Refund policy

We have a 30-day limited return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return only if your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.


Eligibility for a Return / Refund


To be eligible for a return and possible refund, one of the following must apply:
 • The item arrived broken or damaged, or
 • The item is defective, or
 • You received the wrong item.


In addition:
 • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (aside from the reported damage or defect).
 • It must be in its original packaging, when reasonably possible.
 • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered by the customer, or general dissatisfaction with the product if it is not damaged or defective.

How to Start a ReturnTo start a return, contact us at shopcargonet@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
 • Your order number
 • Photos and a brief description of the damage/defect or issue
 • Whether you prefer a replacement (if available) or a refund


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Currency & Payment Disclaimer

All prices on our website are clearly displayed and charged in USD (United States Dollars). The checkout process explicitly states the currency multiple times before payment is completed. By proceeding with the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to being charged in USD. We do not offer refunds or returns due to misunderstandings regarding currency, exchange rates, bank conversion fees, or assumptions that the charge would be processed in a different currency. Any additional fees applied by the customer’s bank or payment provider are outside of our control.
