Shipping Destinations

We currently ship internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, carrier performance, and external factors beyond our control.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using reliable international carriers, including but not limited to:

 

  • USPS

  • Canada Post

  • DHL

  • Other trusted local or international postal partners depending on the destination

The carrier used may vary based on location, availability, and logistics optimization.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Based on historical delivery data, typical transit times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–10 business days

  • Canada: 8–12 business days

  • Australia: 8–12 business days

  • Other international destinations: 8–15 business days

Actual delivery times may be shorter or longer depending on customs clearance, local postal services, peak seasons, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment. In some cases, tracking may temporarily stop updating while the package is in transit between countries—this is normal and does not indicate a lost shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.


Delays & External Factors

Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections or backlogs

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Peak seasons (holidays, sales events)

Such delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipment, please contact us and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.

Packages that are still in transit and confirmed by tracking are not considered lost and are not eligible for refunds.
